Days: 5 days a week (no weekends)
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Your Mission:
As a key team member, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling general medical administration and reception tasks
- Managing patient consultations and theatre bookings
- Addressing emails and telephone inquiries promptly
- Building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and stakeholders
- Managing patient invoices and receipts with precision
- Ensuring accurate processing of documents, maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Efficiently handling scanning, emailing, and faxing tasks
- Upholding patient confidentiality at all times
