Medical Workforce Support Officer

About the Role:As a Medical Workforce Support Officer, you will assist and support the Medical Workforce Unit in the effective delivery of a professional service to management and staff at Logan Hospital, Beaudesert Hospital, Inala Indigenous Health Service, and external agencies. This includes:
* Performing general administration duties including Excel, Word, Outlook, data entry, information / paperwork dissemination, photocopying and filing.
* Assisting with collating data and fielding queries for the annual RMO and Intern Campaigns.
* Completing data entry and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information in databases.
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining confidentiality, and discretion.
* Completing tasks autonomously and within required timeframes.
