About the Role:
The Mental Health Clinician will work as part of a multidisciplinary youth Mental Health team to provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and (2) deliver focused clinical therapy, counselling and psychological interventions for young people aged 12-25 with Mental Health disorders in a primary care setting.
Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- Provision of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and/or other evidence-based therapies with young people aged 12-25 who have a Mental Health disorder.
- Relevant experience in the area of youth Mental Health.
- Experience in delivery Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions for youth Mental Health difficulties.
Qualification and Other Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft suite of software and databases.
- Qualified in one of the following disciplines and membership to associated professional body; Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing.
- Current DCSI or Working With Children Clearance
- Current Child Safe Environments (Through Their Eyes) Training
