AddressLocated in Burswood the Tate family has a long history in the Western Australia Wine industry and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant who shares a passion for the wines, history, and achievements of the business by supporting the director.
The Role:
- Identifying, implementing, and maintaining efficient administrative support to project(s)
- Assisting with sales proposals
- Organising travel, including accommodation.
- Diary management and coordination.
- Board secretarial support, scheduling, and documentation of meetings drafting of correspondence, reports etc.
- Preparation of grants
- Preparing professional presentations, maintaining document templates, controlling version and document distribution.
- Respond to queries and provide information to internal and external parties as requested.
- Coordinating the filing of hard and soft copy records.
- Managing private accounts and insurance
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations when required
- Ensuring directors expenses, reimbursements and receipts follow correct procedures
The hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 2.30 pm with the option to increase in the future
Needed:
- Relevant experience in a previous position such as a P.A or E.A.
- Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Able to work in a professional team
- Good time management and planning/organisation skills
- Strong I.T experience within Microsoft, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Hold a professional attitude
- A strong sense of ethics and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- MYOB experience preferred
