Work in a 48 bed acute medical, surgical and Mental Health hospital, that has been proudly serving the north west community of Tasmania since 1988. Built on a single level and surrounded by farmland in the picturesque coastal city of Burnie, the hospital enjoys spectacular coastal views to Table Cape and Bass Strait. This private hospital is proudly a hospital of choice, with specialised private acute medical, surgical and Mental Health services and benefits from being co-located with North West Medical Centre, University of Tasmania, and North West Regional Hospital (public).
The hospital conduct elective lists (M-F) for all surgery except for Maternity cases where they provide an emergency service with on-call requirements. ?? About You: ??
Current Registration with AHPRA ?? Minimum 2 years Post Graduate experience in Mental Health or Scrub-Scout Nursing ?? Commitment to Quality Patient Care ??
Good clinical decision making and problem solving skills ?? The ability to work well independently and within a team ?? Excellent communication and customer service skills ??
