This 2-year program is designed to support aspiring IT professionals in kickstarting their careers by providing paid work experience in the IT field while earning a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate IV Information Technology (Networking) and valuable Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator.

On the Job Duties May Include: (Training provided)
- Support Service Desk, Field Support, and Applications teams with resources and tools.
- Develop and implement service support models with project teams.
- Review and prioritise escalated requests with Service Delivery Managers.
- Keep the Service Management team updated on incident statuses.
- Ensure handover documentation is accurate and complete.
- Manage and update support documentation.
- Analyse incidents to find trends and improve services.
- Track and minimise ageing tickets.
- Report on performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Help produce performance reports for the business.
- Manage the IT Service Management (ITSM) toolset daily.
- Train and promote the ITSM toolset across the business.

Please note that eligibility criteria may apply for this program, including work rights, prior qualifications, police checks, Working with Children's checks, and COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Applicants will be assessed accordingly. This program is not a Graduate Program.
