About the role We have a new opportunity within our Geraldton operations for a Maintenance Planner, who will be responsible for the coordination of all administrative tasks within our Maintenance team. Monday to Friday - 38hr working week Full-time permanent role Attractive salary package Career growth within a supportive working environment The primary purpose of the role is to apply effective planning techniques using the Qube maintenance system to ensure all maintenance works are planned, scheduled and ready to be coordinated. Specific Responsibilities Maintain fleet maintenance records as required by Main Roads W.A and Qube policies. Collate daily maintenance sheets and data process in the company fleet maintenance system. Prepare weekly service schedules by liaising with Operations Supervisors. Check/order inventory to assure correct parts are available/in stock. Daily communication with Operational department for current and future planned repairs/servicing etc. Filing of daily maintenance records, fleet records and other paper-based records. Day to day office tasks as required by the Maintenance Manager.
