About the role
Workpac are seeking a Mine Controller,for ongoing work with our client based within the Gunnedah Area. The successful candidates will be working on a Monday- Friday, rotating Day and Night shift roster. Candidates must be residentially based to the Gunnedah Area.

Duties and Responsibilities
Efficiently dispatch haulage fleet according to planned priorities
Monitor machine and location statuses to ensure accurate data in daily reporting
Meet targets in regard to production & safety
Track and Manage trucks and operators
Supervising daily haulage fleet
About you:
Have a understanding of reporting requirements and systems
Strong Computer skills - Word and Excel
People management experience
A strong work ethic with the willingness to succeed
Good communication skills
Strong forward-thinking mindset and strategic and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment.
