As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the owners to oversee all aspects of cropping and flock management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordinating Crop and Livestock production.
• Breeding and raising livestock for meat and wool, and cultivating grain and seed crops.
• Monitoring and maintaining livestock health and condition.
• Providing adequate pastures and fodder to ensure optimal nutrition.
• Implementing sheep breeding programs.
• Directing general farming activities including fertilization, pest and weed control.
• Maintaining farm infrastructure, equipment, and water supply systems.
• Facilitating the sale, purchase, and transportation of livestock and grain.
• Keeping comprehensive records of farming activities and market trends.

Qualification & Experience

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• A Bachelor Degree in related field or 5 years experience can substitute for the qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in broad-acre cropping.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with livestock, including sheep.
• A genuine interest in farming and agriculture.
• Strong communication skills.
• Non-smoker.
• Police Clearance.
