Shared accommodation is the collection of different demographics, people, homes, relationships, building styles, suburbs and pre-loved furniture that all can be found behind the front door of a share house.What the role is all aboutDesigning, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining high quality mobile application that meet the needs of our users.Keeping our production application stable and healthy.Performing code reviews.Providing technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of the team.Contributing to technical design & discussions.Engaging with the wider native mobile community across the organisation, identifying opportunities to share and learn.An appreciation of software engineering principles and a can-do attitude with an ability to own problems and see things through.Who we’re looking forDemonstrated experience in building iOS apps using Swift (Kotlin is a plus)Demonstrated experience with Declarative UI on iOS using SwiftUIA passion for iOS and an intrigue in AndroidSound knowledge of software design patterns and best practices for software developmentDemonstrated experience using common testing practicesDemonstrated understanding of common mobile application architecturesActive contribution to technical decision-making processLooks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lensThe REA experienceThe physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we’ll never stop caring about.
