We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker/lender ready to take on the industry! With existing leads and a well-established business, the sky’s the limit for a motivated individual. This exciting opportunity will be part of an ever growing and successful brokerage who are ready to expand.
Responsibilities-
- Manage Inbound leads provided by business.
- Proactively find solutions to assist both new & existing clients.
- Provide outstanding customer support and service to clients.
- Build relationships and communicate with several financiers.
- Maintain 100% compliance to industry regulation and requirements.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face to face.
Skills and experience-
Resilient, Proactive & Motivated, willing to get in front of any new business, handle objections from both customer & financier and become a trusted advisor in your local area.
- Experience in lending.
- Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking preferred but not essential
- Comfort with various technology and software’s
- Client orientated with genuine desire to support your customers.
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive environment.
