Overview: Alloggio Hamilton Brisbane, an economy-level motel conveniently located in the Airport precinct near the CBD and Suncorp Stadium, is seeking an adaptable and experienced individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and Reservations Assistant. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and utilizing innovative technologies, you will play a key role in managing reservations and facilitating digital check-in processes to maintain high occupancy rates across our 44 rooms.
Additionally, you'll support our multi-properties digitally while being based at Alloggio Hamilton Brisbane - This position will be based at Alloggio Hamilton Brisbane with assisting sister property Pegasus Motor Inn

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes, including digital check-ins using smart keyless locks
- Handle reservations through RMS PMS or equivalent -This MANDATORY 2 years MIN
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay
- Work independently during solo shifts, demonstrating reliability and responsibility
- Assist the hotel manager with administrative duties and multitask effectively
- Support multiple properties remotely via phone and email communication
- Assist with the restaurant - serving / room service and assisting chef
- Manage phone reservations and inquiries, assisting guests with booking accommodations
- Provide phone support to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve guest requests - and provide support and safety to guest.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and other basic repairs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with RMS PMS or equivalent Reservation booking system - MANDATORY
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends
- Must be legally eligible to work in Australia without visa sponsorship
- Experience with digital check-in systems and digital keys preferred
- Advantageous experience with Goki digital keys or similar platforms
