We are seeking a highly skilled and talented MS DynamicsFunctional consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management and Warehousing to join our rapidly growing project. Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert and lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, focusing on supply chain management and warehousing modules.
- Analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for system enhancements, and make recommendations for best practices within the realm of supply chain and warehousing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, to map business processes and define system requirements.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate end users on the functionalities and capabilities of MS Dynamics, ensuring smooth adoption and usage.
- Configure and customize MS Dynamics to meet specific business needs, including but not limited to inventory management, order fulfillment, demand planning, and logistics.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues, ensuring the integrity of supply chain and warehousing operations within the MS Dynamics environment.
- Spearhead system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate that the solution aligns with business goals and delivers the expected outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users, addressing inquiries and concerns related to MS Dynamics functionalities within the supply chain and warehousing scope.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and updates within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem to provide informed recommendations for system improvements.
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience (6-10 years) in implementing and supporting MS Dynamics solutions, specifically in the area of supply chain management and warehousing, within the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, order management, and distribution, as well as warehouse operations and best practices.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics modules such as Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, and related third-party integrations.
- Solid understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage stakeholders, and drive deliverables within established timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset to address challenges and drive continuous improvement within MS Dynamics solutions.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
