The Metro South ESM Outpatient Team, Primary Care Partnership Unit are looking for a Permanent Full-time to join their team. The MSH ESM Team are part of the Primary Care Partnerships Unit, situated at Eight Mile Plains. This team provides support for all the MSH facilities for the outpatient scheduling system. This support includes front-end user support via phone or remote access, clinical build and de-build, outpatient data provision, data quality audits and advocacy for MSH requirements in the state-wide ESM forum. About the Role
- Participate in robust communication strategies with the ESM Nurse Managers to ensure clear and agreed approaches are applied to MSH ESM build process, end used advice and ESM builds.
- Identify technical issues and advise the appropriate business units or vendor of system issues, manage the identified issue, and escalate till a resolution is in place while initiating planned contingencies if required.
- Provide information to Outpatient Units on current policy, legislation, and user-guide material to assist in the day-to-day operations throughout the Outpatient units including development of future state processes.
- Provide subject matter expert advice and expertise in HHS system requirements, database build, monitoring, management, and enhancement of the electronic scheduling system to meet the needs of both the organisation's business requirements and OPD departments.
