The RoleDue to our rapidly expanding business we have been hiring high end talent to match our dynamic customer / brand portfolio. As such, we are now looking for a National Account Manager (NAM) - Beverage. Our new NAM will be responsible for driving sales, brand share and customer results within the JCSM sales team structure.
In this capacity the NAM is responsible for our newly created beverage division (Non Alc, Low Alc and functional beverages), including but not limited to, On and Off Premise, Independent Grocery and other White Space customers. The NAM will also be responsible for market intelligence and sharing learnings, contributing to a learning culture that leads to continuous improvement in future JCSM plans..
You will be supported by a knowledgeable, experienced team, but as the NAM your role will be autonomous, responsible for end-to-end management of all customers - P&L management, account relationships with key customer stakeholder personnel, promotion management, trade spend management, account planning, category analysis, project management and ownership of the category reviews for JCSM brands. This is a hands on role.
Qualifications/Experience:- Degree in Business or a related discipline (preferred)
- Experience working with ALM, Paramount Liquor and On and Off Premise customers is vital to success.
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in FMCG National Account management
- Strong presentation, negotiation and selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Sales analytical skills utilising promotional databases and high proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in a fast paced, dynamic, highly complex channel
Based on location, travel will be a key part of the role, with the NAM expected to meet regularly with all key customer and internal stakeholders. The JCSM Head Office is located in South Australia.
