Skills and Expertise required to succeed in this role:
Exceptional communications and organisational skills, ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines
Minimum 3 years? experience as a paralegal or senior legal secretary.
Understanding of Franchise Code and legal requirements
Skill and experience in preparing and proofreading documents, including spelling and grammar, high level attention to detail
Able to work unsupervised but also be a good team player.
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
Willingness to take a proactive approach to general office duties
Certificate III in Business Administration
