We're seeking a dynamic and compassionate Admin Manager to spearhead our admin and sales team.
Your Duties:
- Welcome patients to our clinics with positive energy.
- Exceptional patient service skills.
- Proactiveness in improving the administrative processes and practices for the patient journey.
- Experience with Nookal or similar practice management software and Microsoft Office (preferred but not essential).
- Welcome patients to our clinics with positive energy.
- Assist with appointment inquiries and bookings.
- Communicate with any relevant 3rd parties or stakeholders (GP Clinics, Allied Health Referrers, Specialists, etc).
- Ability to solve problems autonomously in a fast-paced environment with multiple Allied Health practitioners.
Our Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Allied Health or medical front desk role.
- Knowledge of Medicare, DVA, and Private Health Fund Claims through HICAPS.
- Previous sales roles.
- Advanced computer skills with practice management software (Nookal) and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours and locations (covering staff on leave).
- Possess advanced written English language and numeracy skills.
- Possess above average literacy skills with a high levels of attention to detail.
- Have a highly developed ability to prioritise and be capable of meeting deadlines.
