Key Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and establish key relationships with clients across the region.
- Implement and develop relationships internally with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Provide market and product strategies to support sales leads and work closely with key account management teams to drive success
- Drive commercial strategies and initiatives to grow market share and revenue across the Clinical Microbiology division.
- Motivate and lead the team, providing monthly, quality sales reports.
- Relevant and demonstrated industry-specific experience in Clinical Microbiology
- Strong leadership in developing commercial sales teams
- Tertiary qualifications in Medical Science - Clinical Microbiology
- Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to travel interstate minimum of 25% frequency
