Veolia is looking for a National Customer Resolution Officer to join our team based in West Gosford, 2250. In this role you will use your excellent communication, problem solving skills and your empathy to resolve customer invoice disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Receive and investigate customer invoice disputes striving to provide appropriate resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyse customer invoicing issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to resolve problems promptly
- Communicate with customers via phone, email when required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Finance, to resolve Customer invoicing disputes.
