Our Client is a leading provider of innovative heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions, serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients globally. Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Commercial they are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Key Account Manager to join the commercial sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Key Accounts in the HVAC sector, building strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and contributing to the strategic development of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales and profitability within assigned Key Accounts and corporates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Business Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Leadership, strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyse data, and develop actionable plans.
- Experience in managing Key Accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
