The Opportunity

This is a newly created role and an amazing opportunity to take your previous experience to develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients within the aesthetic market.  The role requires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and of the company's offerings while at the same time expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Achievement of sales objectives within the assigned buying groups 
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan by Key Account, utilising and leveraging territory reports to identify emerging trends
    and strategies accordingly
  • Achieve account market share and annual sales target by implementing, by account, medical and marketing partnership programs
  • Maintain relationships with the Key Account
  • Negotiation of customer contracts
  • Co-ordinate trainings, presentations and demonstrations for related personnel
  • Effectively manage sales of multiple products and line extensions
  • Resolve and issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Work with Business Intelligence to prepare and deliver regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using Key Account metrics.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A degree in a relevant discipline, Science, Business, Health Science
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Preferred sales experience from within the pharmaceutical, medical device or aesthetic industry
  • Ability in territory planning & customer segmentation
  • Strong collaboration skills and a customer focused attitude
