Our client is a leader in the Insurance Broking Industry and due to continued growth of their Authorised Representative Network, an opportunity exists for a National Operations Manager to join their team.

The Role
As the Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing key stakeholder relationships, overseeing financials, developing and delivering training, and supporting strategic initiatives across the business.
This role reports into the CEO and you will also be offered an opportunity to undertake project work alongside the Executive team that will assist in shaping the strategic direction of the operation in the future.

About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a background in the Insurance Broking industry with previous experience in an operational or administrative/back office role. Experience in liaising with key industry stakeholders and supporting the management team within an Insurance business is also advantageous. Those with Tier 1 Broking qualifications and an understanding of Broking platforms will be viewed favourably.
