Role Overview:
As the National Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our entire network of Pattysmiths Restaurants. Your leadership will directly impact our growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee day to day the team of Growth and Support Manager’s (GSMs), collaborate closely with Franchisees, and Cross-Functional teams to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies with your GSMs to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive franchisee revenue growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions within your GSMs.
- Franchise Support: Provide guidance and support to individual GSMs to ensure franchisees are fully aligned with brand standards.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee with GSMs food safety protocols, cleanliness, and service quality across all locations. Ensuring compliance within local, state, and federal regulations.
- People Development: Mentor and develop GSM’s, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage and control expenses to budget.
- Inventory Management: Monitor GSMs to ensure restaurant inventory is at optimal stock levels and replenishment is maintained and ordering processes are efficient.
- Marketing Coordination: Implement with GSM’s the execution of the marketing teams efforts to enhance franchisee’s brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain a loyal customer base.
- Communication and Liaison: Facilitate communication between GSMs & Franchisee’s to the Support Office, acting as a liaison to ensure policies and initiatives are consistently applied.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in multi-unit management within the fast-food or hospitality industry minimum.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
