The Role

Pure Wine Co. has a full-time opportunity for a National Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for the accounts receivable function, as well as facilitating timely, accurate and customer focused administration and sales support for our National, Chains and Wholesale customers.
Key Responsibilities
Administration and Sales Support
- Process sales orders and liaise with warehouses to meet timeframes;
- Be the first point of contact for phone calls and email correspondence from customers, including supply chain, nationals and BAM;
- Manage stock availability at a warehouse and customer level when required;
- Manage requested samples for range reviews and tastings;
- Maintain responsibility for accurate customer and business databases including contact and account details for our national customers; and
- Set up new stores in Exo with accurate pricing.
Accounts Receivable
- Receive, file and process invoices, remittances and transaction reports for customers;
- Cross check data to ensure accuracy and the timely deposit of funds into relevant accounts;
- Process payments received and reconcile remittances and/or transaction reports;
- Enter, check and reconcile all required rebates, price support and scan deals for National accounts;
- Promptly raise credit notes when required and liaise with warehouses for required information or stock collection; and
- Follow up unpaid invoices.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a sales environment and Sales Coordinator role;
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service;
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience;
- MYOB and Exo experience (preferred but not essential);
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (desirable); and
- Current driver’s license.
