The Impact You’ll Make
- In this Sales Manager position, you will play a key role in driving the overall sales strategy for the business and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will also heavily influence the overall direction of the business.
- You will lead, mentor and develop a team of six sales representatives, located Australia-wide. This is a well-performing team but will benefit from robust leadership and structure.
- This role will see you taking on key initiatives such as: designing and implementing an incentive structure, driving performance metrics and promoting team culture.
- In addition to managing the team, you will identify opportunities for sustainable business growth.
- Reporting to the company director, and working closely with the wider team based out of the newly built Head Office, situated in Perth.
- You will be joining the company at the onset of a rapid growth phase, with the goal of building your sales force's capability as well as headcount.
