MRT is a leading supplier of Aftermarket Accessories to the automotive, commercial vehicle, camping & leisure markets.

With branches nationwide and new ones opening up, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations.

Reporting directly to the GM will be responsible for

• Driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally to maximise efficiency and effectiveness within our branches.
• Recruitment & Sales Training  
• Leading and mentoring the sales teams & BDMs to drive performance and exceed targets
• Ensure Quality Processes & Customer Services Standards are met
• Responsible for National  trade show presence and In-store promotional campaigns
• Preparing sales budgets and projections, including Business Plans 
• Create Sales incentives and KPIs for Sales force and BDMs  
• Manage customer complaints effectively with care and consideration
• Develop sales strategies to identify new and current business opportunities to deliver growth

With a proven track record in Sales leadership, and CRM roll out you will drive and orchestrate the sales strategy for the entire AU business. 

To excel in this role, you will show:  

• Demonstrate leadership/management experience in a sales environment
• Automotive knowledge, After-sales and a passion for cars highly desirable
• Ability to build, create and lead a successful sales team
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational & management skills.
• Process and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Exceptional computing skills, where experience with Net-suite or similar CRMs will be highly regarded. 
• The ability to travel, as required.
