The Role
The National Service Sales Manager role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities on brownfield/existing installation bases within the assigned subsidiary. This role will function as Rotork’s lifecycle and plant uptime specialist to work with area Sales Managers to generate Input growth, increase sales results and technician utilisation within the assigned subsidiary.
Skills & Experience required
- Qualification in Engineering, maintenance or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience - 2+ years.
- Good understanding of the businesses' products & services
- Experience – shown evidence in value selling or has proactively promoted Rotork products & services.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives.
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
- Relationship building – The ability to build effective interpersonal relationships through good listening skills, development of trust and rapport, acceptances of differences, and willingness / ability to work with peers, supervisors, and subordinates. Proven ability to work with key clients and potential clients.
- Exceptional ability to identify, nurture and influence internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying and delivering innovative solutions to customers.
