What an exciting opportunity to lead the charge in a vastly growing company as the National Service Manager.
Your role will be looking after Australia and some Pacific Islands business units, managing a team, and providing excellent customer service to their clients when supplying and maintaining mobile material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage the team's ability to service and build new mobile equipment.
- Work with the team to create business growth throughout Australia, PNG, and Fiji.
- Manage the budget while increasing efficiency and profitability.
- Extend technical support to Contractors, clients, and your team.
- Implement training strategies to further widen employee knowledge and skills.
- Abide by and manage all safety standards and LOTO procedures.
About you
- Proven successful track record as a Service Manager.
- A motivated individual with high ethical standards.
- Technical background in material handling or heavy industry preferred.
- Proficient in customer service.
- Experience in budget control and increasing profitability.
- Professional mannerism when representing the company
Salary
$130k-$150k plus company vehicle
