An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Tour Services Manager to join our Ticketek team based in Sydney.

The National Tours, Festivals & Exhibitions team is responsible for coordinating National Tours, Festivals & Exhibitions, working closely with Promoters, Venues and internal teams to offer support in various day-to-day aspects of ticketing operations. Acting as a conduit between Promoters and Venue, they facilitate the smooth coordination of on sales readiness and fulfilment of daily ad-hoc Promoter requests.
As National Tour Services Manager, the focus is on providing outstanding ticketing services support to clients (Venues & Promoters) by efficiently managing their needs. This role works closely with top-tier Promoters & Producers in Australia, coordinating national ticketing operations for high-profile world-class entertainment events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with Promoters & Producers to coordinate National on sale plans.
- Coordinating National Tour announcements and delivering accurate and consistent event pages and event builds.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure consistency across all facets of ticketing operations for National Tours, Festivals & Exhibitions.
- Providing timely and concise reporting and insights.
- Championing value-added services and solutions to Promoters and Venues that increase ticket sales and build brand and event profile.
- Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
About the Person
- 2-3 years’ experience in the live event industry.
- Understanding or ability to learn ticketing systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated exceptional project management, organisation and planning skills applied in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Self-starter that takes initiative and prioritises.
- Highly goal-oriented with a strong focus on delivery; structured, organised, and focused.
- High level of integrity.
