Job DescriptionClemenger BBDO is looking for a
National Traffic Manager that will be accountable for managing the flow of all creative department timelines across both the Melbourne and Sydney teams.
Responsibilities- Management of creative workflow process
- Management of project workflow through all departments
- Assign freelancers in consultation with Executive Creative Director and Creative Directors
- Allocate work to creative teams and freelancers in consultation with Executive Creative Director and Creative Directors
- Reprioritise creative workloads as required and inform all parties
- Communicate any potential timing delays to relevant parties
- Ensure involvement of production in generating timelines and budget allocation
- Manage weekly work in progress meetings
- Upskill the wider agency in better workflow management to create better creative outcomes.
Knowledge and experience required- A strong track record of applicable experience with a strong cross functional background.
- Experience in understanding and optimizing a creative environment with a core goal of delivering world-class creative solutions executed impeccably.
- Highly organised, seamless attention to detail, strong communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to form strong and effective working partnerships.
