An incredible and rare opportunity has come up to join the team at SHEIKE as a National Visual Merchandising Coordinator. As part of the team, the National VM Coordinator plays a pivotal role in helping to create a unique on-brand experience for the customer within the store environment. Drive the highest level of product presentation and increase the visual appeal/positioning of stores. Ensure the VM strategy increases brand competitiveness, helps maximize sales, and achieve financial targets whist adhering to all budgetary requirements
A little about the role...
Help conceptualise and build innovative and creative strategies, ensuring execution is consistent and true to the brand.
Contribute to research and VM inspiration, to help introduce new innovations and ideas.
Ensure the VM strategy increases brand competitiveness, helps maximize sales and traffic.
Drive product and enhance the visual appeal and positioning in stores, ensure product placement decisions flow through to sales and have a positive impact on trade.
Lead the NSW team to ensure the correct and timely implementation of directives contained in all layout set-up documents and seasonal promotions documents, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Provide feedback and guidance to the team regarding the merchandising standards and compliance level in-store.
Ensure a regular presence instore and proactively audit against company standards and take immediate action to rectify.
Coach and mentor NSW VM team and store management teams in the SHEIKE merchandising and housekeeping standards.
A little about you...
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong technical confidence, with the ability to communicate articulately and effectively, applying influence across the business regarding production & product. Demonstrate a proven ability to affect and manage change.
- Be passionate and enthusiastic about fashion with a distinct sense of trends, design and construction.
- Must be highly detail oriented, organized, the ability to set standards and execute, as well as having strong sense of priority and follow through skills, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Strong foundation in PC & MAC software, visual/interface design using Adobe CS suites.
