They have gone from strength to strength and recent business results are impressive. Due to this, they are now looking to appoint a National Workplace, Health and Safety Manager to drive a culture of Safety throughout the organisation.
About the Role:
This position is a key enabler in partnering with the organisation to deliver a positive Safety strategy, promote practical change and forge stronger connections with their operations.
The role will champion the Workplace, Health & Safety culture, performance and standards across the organisation driving consistency and continuous improvement and risk management.
This is an “end to end” Safety role where you will provide thought leadership to the team on WHS strategies, initiatives and processes that will drive performance and results whilst being “hands-on” in the delivery of all programs.
About You:
- Demonstrated WHS leadership skills and ability to manage change processes
- Experience leading WHS in a National and multi-site organisation
- Experience in advising and influencing senior management and executive teams
- Extensive knowledge of contemporary Safety concepts and business enablers with the ability to bring a lens of what good looks like into the business and execute effectively
- You are both forward thinking and “hands on” with strong communications skills and have a collaborative approach
