They should be proactive team player and interested to be part of a growing and successful division within Audika.The Role:You will work closely with Audika Clinics, Our Clients, Insurers and Lawyers to meet the needs of WorkCover clients and ensure that claims for hearing devices are processed in a timely manner. You will coordinate with Audika clinic network to ensure that they are fully aligned & supportive of WorkCover client related tasks required in clinics. You will liaise with different parties from receipt of client referral to fitting of devices and maintenance of WorkCover clients. You will collaborate with national network of lawyers with regards to progressing and reporting client progress through the legal claim process. You will also connect with insurers, prepare quotes and invoices and ensure prompt payment.Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure compliance with the OHS policies of the company.
- Liaising with insurers - preparing quotes and invoices and ensuring prompt payment.
- Handle broad range of enquires from the clinics regarding WorkCover clients and WorkCover process.
- Drive WorkCover referrals through high quality customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills to support and give guidance to different stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification.
- Computer literacy skills.
