As a Senior Support Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating, managing, supporting individuals, and running the overall NDIS operations of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualised support plans for NDIS participants.
- Assisting clients in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
- Connecting clients with suitable service providers and community supports.
- Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of support arrangements.
- Liaising with families, carers, and stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports in compliance with NDIS guidelines.
- You will oversee the overall NDIS Support Coordination operations.
- Developing the business and taking it to the next level of growth in terms of clients and income.
- Lead the updating and improving the strategic and operational strategies.
- Lead the improvement in the automation of supports deliveries systems.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years proven experience as a Senior Support coordinator
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications in social work, community services, disability services, or related fields
- NDIS Workers Screening Check, relevant state based Working with Children's Check, current police check
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel as required
