Navigator at Junction are looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our team.

About the role:
The Navigator Case Manager will provide assertive outreach, and develop individualised interventions and strategies to facilitate school re-engagement. The Navigator Program will assist in building the capacity of school communities to create positive and safe environments that encourage disengaged young people to attend school. This role will be based in our Wangaratta office with outreach provided across the Ovens Murray Area.
Selection Criteria:
- A relevant qualification such as a Diploma of Community Services or Bachelor of Social Work, Behavioural Science along with demonstrated case management or youth work experience relevant to this role.
- Demonstrated ability to provide case management support to clients that includes the implementation of assessments, client support plans or similar which fosters client resilience and social and emotional capabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the barriers that contribute to disengagement from education.
- Knowledge of or experience working within education settings is desirable.
- Highly developed communication, networking and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of external stakeholders.
