As the Quality, Risk, and Compliance Manager at Roar Agency, you will lead identifying and mitigating risks, whilst ensuring unwavering compliance with industry regulations. This is a unique opportunity that promises a challenging yet rewarding experience for the right candidate.
To be successful, you will require the following experiences and skills:
- 3+ years mandatory NDIS experience
- 3+ years quality, risk and compliance experience
- Expertise on the NDIS quality and safeguards framework
- 3+ years leadership experience
- NDIS Worker Screening Approval

Your impact and contribution
As an integral part of our swiftly expanding enterprise, your leadership role revolves around upholding and enhancing our quality standards. Your primary focus will involve refining our quality management system while nurturing everyone in the Roar team to ensure steadfast compliance. Collaborating closely with our management team and their teams will be key to guaranteeing seamless adherence to operational standards. Here are the core responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a compliance, auditing and internal controls system (and schedule) that will not only ensure NDIS compliance, but also achieve a ‘Continuous Improvement’ process within the business.
- Methodically evaluating our quality management system to identify avenues for enhancement.
- Establishing and executing comprehensive compliance checks to fortify our standards
- Elevating the expertise, knowledge, and awareness across the entire organisation regarding quality benchmarks and compliance with safeguard commission standards
- Cultivating robust relationships with our operational leaders to deeply grasp the business landscape
- 1 x 7 day On-call, rotation every 8 weeks (M-F 10pm – 6.30am, Sat & Sun 24hr).
- 1 x RDO following week once on call week has been completed
