Essential:
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in NDIS services
- NDIS Screening check + NDIS Worker Orientation module
- Experience in rostering and care coordination desirable
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Computer literacy and the ability to use a database.
- High level of interpersonal skills and person centred approach
- Proactive approach to work and the ability to take initiative with tasks.
- Good communication skills, specifically the use of tact and diplomacy in difficult situations.
- Ability to build trust and confidence with clients, co-workers and external stakeholders.
- High level of organisational and administrative skills.
- A flexible and positive attitude to work
- Thorough understanding of client confidentiality.
