SalaryAs a Process Analyst, you will be based in Clayton, VIC, and report to the APAC Product Lifecycle and Quality Processes Lead on a Full-time basis for a Fixed-term Contract of 6 months. You will support the Supply Chain process and analysis and activities following the Analysis and Optimization Projects for ANZ.
Responsibilities
- Process analysis, mapping, and recommendations.
- Project schedule adherence and timely flagging of delays.
- Collaboration with stakeholders within the business to gather and detail process requirements.
- Support the project team members- both internal and external
- Data coordination and management include identifying, acquiring, and analyzing data to confirm its usefulness, quality, and adequacy.
- Generate, monitor, present, and analyze relevant insights to help shape the requirements and design of the end-to-end solution.
- Establish 3PL processes and any required interface setup and testing.
- User Acceptance Testing coordination.
- Data and systems analytics experience (SAP experience in WM, SD, MM, QM modules will be advantageous).
- Understanding of operations and/or supply chain and 3PL processes and practices working in a manufacturing business with a strong MRP-driven environment.
- Relevant formal qualifications- previous project experience in a similar environment.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Methodical, analytical, and an ability to challenge current processes.
