We are looking for a motivated Property Professional to join the Starbucks Property Team and help build a strategy to grow our store network throughout Australia as a Network Property Analyst/Assistant Development Manager.
- Work with an iconic global retail brand with ambitious growth plans of opening over 100 new stores in the next 5 years
- Working closely with the Head of Property to develop the network strategy focusing on Drive-Thru development opportunities
- Located at our brand new Starbucks Head Office in Collingwood, Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements and some travel required

We are currently seeking a Network Property Analyst/Assistant Development Manager who preferably has retail/ QSR property experience to deliver our pipeline of drive-thru developments.

The Position
This role will support the Property team in developing a network strategy focusing on:
- New drive thru store pipeline, network planning and new store location selection
- Research and sales estimation
- Helping to find, evaluate, and acquire new store opportunities nationally
- Sourcing ideal sites to develop into new Starbucks stores based on necessary research and analysis carried out in addition to financial metrics.
- Day to day property tasks and administration will also form part of the role.
About You
Successful candidates for this role will have:
- minimum 2 years of experience in the property industry working in a research, analytics or development role across retail projects
- Organised, methodical and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects and reporting at once.
- A strategic thinker who sees the big picture.
- Great at building strong interpersonal relationships with co-workers, stakeholders and third parties.
- A clear and concise communicator, able to help all stakeholders understand important information
- Proven experience within a similar role that incorporates analysing and understanding multiple customer and spatial datasets in the context of retail site selection and strategic planning
