About the role:
The Network Architect will join a large state government department to lead the development and review of the ICT infrastructure and solution designs that supports the delivery of the full Digital Scope across a large portfolio of hospital facilities that are being replaced or refurbished.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Building contractors, System Integrators and Health stakeholders to develop ICT infrastructure architecture requirements (network, voice, unified communications, servers, telehealth etc.).

Experience:
- Proven expertise in the development of solution architectures for complex systems inclusive of all architectural domains and ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven expertise in applying solution architecture principles, practices and processes within enterprise architecture, ICT investment and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities to identify, analyse and resolve technology challenges in response to business and ICT requirements.
- Proven expertise in the use of project management methodologies to assist service providers in meeting deadlines and agreed outcomes.
- Ability to establish and influence positive, strategic partnerships and collaborative working relationships with key senior executive stakeholders and key decision makers both internal and external
- Experience working with Building contractors, System Integrators and internal stakeholders to develop the ICT infrastructure architecture requirements (network, voice, unified communications, servers, telehealth etc.), enterprise and local applications.
- Experience working with Managing Contractors building new or redeveloping health facilities will be highly regarded.
