The roles:
Working with a small team of talented engineers, you'll be supporting a variety of network systems which require a logical, analytical approach to problem solving. Providing level 1 & Level 2 support to data centres of network & front end product delivery across integrated platforms.
Position 1 focus:
- Cisco SDWAN
- Arista switches (good concepts of Vxlan)
- FortiGate Firewall & Netscaler ADC
Position 2 focus:
- Arista routing / switching (good)
- Cisco SDWAN
- FortiGate Firewall & Netscaler ADC
Both positions have on-call requirements (note only in 4 week cycles)
Skills sought:
Up to 5 years experience in network related support; including a mix of:
- Security (Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
- LAN (Arista / Cisco / Nexus)
- WAN (MPLS & Viptela SD-WAN)
- Routing (BGP, route-map, static routing)
- Web proxy (Bluecoat, Zscaler)
- Load balancing (Citrix Netscaler)
- Network monitoring & troubleshooting
- MSP experience nice to have.
- Exposure to compliance requirements for Finance / Fintech of interest.
- Adaptable to your audience (tech or non tech).
- Customer centric mindset.
Whilst a hybrid work environment, these roles attend the Sydney CBD office 1 to 2 days per week.
