Network & Security Engineer

Our Client (details to be discussed upon application) is on the lookout for a contractor to join their Networking Team.
  
Contract duration:

• 6-month contract (potential for extension or going permanent pending budget approval)

Duties / responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:

• Assisting with regular project work as well BAU tasks
• Supporting a variety of network systems and ensuring service requests and incidents are resolved within contracted service level agreements

  
What you’ll need to bring with you;

• Sound experience as a network engineer
• CCNP, NSE4 would be ideal
• Experience with FortiGate firewalls would be very highly regarded
• LAN (Arista/Cisco/Nexus)
• WAN (MPLS and Viptela SD-WAN)
• Routing (BGP, Route-Map, static routing)
• Web Proxy (Bluecoat, Zscaler)
• Load Balancing (Citrix Netscaler)
• Monitoring Tools (OpManager/eG Monitoring )
• VPN and Identity Management  
• Network Monitoring and troubleshooting
• Broad software and hardware knowledge  
• Compliance importance within the financial sector
• Proven ability to provide technical support and customer facing skills
• Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen
