The successful candidate will have:
- Strong & proven New Business Development experience in the Manufacturing engineering sector.
- Solid experience as an Estimator / pricing experience in Metal Fabrication / Mechanical / Machinery / Electrical
- Able to identify customer needs & developing sustainable solutions to deliver.
- Skills in researching New Business opportunities and following industry trends.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication / machine shop practices (desirable)
- Initiative-taking problem solver with excellent time management skills & attention to detail
- Mechanical / Technical / Electrical knowledge or aptitude would be beneficial.
- Experience reviewing/amending contracts and negotiating.
- High level communication skills & proven ability to negotiate.
- Experience with design & implementation of Business Development strategy.
- The ability to self-motivate & be a self-starter.
- Experience working to & exceeding targets.
