The Company:
Sydney based, this growing Tenant Advisory business covers all of Australia with focus of fitout and refurbishment. A "New Business Sales Representative" with Business Development duties is sought after to help create New Business to an already successful portfolio.
The role:

• Effectively build and maintain a pipeline of prospective and new clients by thinking creatively and leaving no stone unturned
• Foster new client relationships with residential property managers and Fit Out contractors
• Cold call, meet in person, strategise and hold the ability to present on market strategies and reports to gain new and continued business.
• Provide outstanding customer service to newly acquired clients to ensure client retention

There is an option for you to create a team and oversee the entire division should you have experience in the above. Your target areas will be NSW but they are open to routes across other states. You will work with your connections and introduce New Business within the commercial fitout spaces.
About you:

• Ideally a minimum of five + years experience in Business, Sales or Account Management
• Experience within Fitout is preferred, this is Fit Out with a twist,
• A high degree of energy, dynamic, self-motivated and desire to be rewarded with your hard efforts
• A proven record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation and rapport building skills
• MUST HAVE a current and clean drivers license
• Experience in Construction within Australia is a must.
• You must have knowledge of in depth construction processes.
