Active participation in team training ensures ongoing professional development while driving outbound sales initiatives to establish a robust pipeline is paramount. Moreover, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders and acting as a brand ambassador at industry events to showcase expertise in sustainability and recycling further solidifies the role's significance. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an individualised sales plan aligned with company strategy, focusing on achieving specified outcomes within set timeframes.
- Utilise the Method sales process and methodology, with a key emphasis on qualifying and discovery, to progress selective opportunities through the sales pipeline to closure.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by employing a consultative approach, adhering to brand values, and demonstrating expertise in sustainability and recycling.
- Continuously improve sales processes and practices by diligently utilising the CRM system to enhance deal flow and increase conversion rates in the sales pipeline.
- Actively participate in team training and development activities, contributing to a collaborative learning environment.
- Drive high outbound sales activity to cultivate a robust sales pipeline, aiming for a pipeline value equivalent to three times the revenue target.
- Foster relationships with resellers and large customers, proactively engaging them in joint opportunities to optimise channel performance.
- Represent the Method brand at key industry events and tradeshows, showcasing products and expertise in sustainability and recycling.
- 12 - 24 months of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive or similar
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
