Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, authentic service to new customers, converting inquiries to contract signings.
- Join a small, friendly team of seven, reporting directly to the Franchise Owners.
- Work primarily from our office on Stud Road, with good walk-in traffic and ample parking.
- Guide customers through their knockdown rebuild and custom-build journeys.
- Demonstrate the quality of our work in our new show home.
- Ensure customers have a smooth sales journey with accurate, comprehensive quotes.
- Complete all sales documentation to a high standard, detailing customer requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the office.
- Establish new sales networks to increase sales opportunities.
- Accurately record lead details in our CRM system.
- Support strategic marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
- Continuously promote our services and manage assigned tasks and duties effectively.
Key Experience/Skills:
- Proven New Home sales experience, ideally with higher end or custom-builds.
- Strong skills in lead generation, closing techniques, and residential construction.
- Excellent negotiation, consultation, design, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable with a growth mindset, eager to learn and refine sales approaches.
- High attention to detail and resilience.

Working Hours
We operate from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, but as a family business, we provide the necessary flexibility for our employees.
