Job description

We Are Carlisle

At Carlisle Homes, we're more than a home-building company. We're a team of passionate professionals making a meaningful impact. As a privately held, Australian-owned business, we've earned prestigious recognition, receiving the HIA Australia's Major Professional Builder 2023 award and ranked ninth in the 2023 Australia’s Best Workplaces™ List for businesses employing 100 to 1000 staff. This comes off the back of being officially certified as a Great Place to Work for our third year in a row.

Our ongoing pursuit of quality and innovation sets us apart. Our customers consistently rate us in the top percentile on Australia's leading customer review website ProductReview.com.au. Our company not only builds beautiful homes but also a culture of excellence, innovation, and growth.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and adaptable Change Coordinator to join our team and drive the success of "Project Faster" on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating and managing the smooth transition of our large-scale ERP project, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of new technologies and processes across our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for technology projects.
  • Engage and support stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and manage resistance.
  • Create and deliver clear communications about upcoming changes, project progress, and benefits.
  • Work closely with the training team to coordinate and deliver training sessions.
  • Assist the Project Manager with engagement activities and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Why Join Us:

  • Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site.
  • Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a role that values flexibility and a non-corporate, collaborative approach.
  • Impactful Work: Be part of a significant tech change project, shaping the future of our organization.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in large-scale tech or ERP projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.

  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.

  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities to help you reach your full potential - whether through our highly engaging and interactive e-learning platform or formally recognized courses, we encourage your long-term growth.
  • Building discounts, supplier/trade discounts, and retail discounts with 400+ big name brands through our Carlisle Rewards platform.
  • Parties, award nights, mid-year/end-of-year events, Family Fun Day - we celebrate it all! At Carlisle, we believe that celebrations are a time where true connection happens, bringing even more camaraderie to our team.
  • Brand new office featuring state-of-the-art workspaces, gaming rooms, massage chairs, and a rooftop sports court!

If you're seeking a challenging environment, focused on excelling as an individual and working in a vibrant team, then this could be the role for you!
