Position Overview: We are seeking a talented New Projects Administrator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Amir Mian, an esteemed figure in the industry, and contribute to the success of high-profile projects across the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will possess a valid QLD sales certificate or license, along with experience in project marketing and CRM software.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Amir Mian to sell New Projects off the plan, leveraging his expertise and network.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote New Projects, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and financial plans, monitoring expenses and ensuring profitability.
• Utilize CRM software like AgentBox to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Work alongside the marketing team at AP Media Group to craft amazing campaigns for New Projects.

Qualifications:

• Valid QLD sales certificate or license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role, preferably in project marketing or real estate.
• Proven experience working with CRM software, preferably AgentBox or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
