The opportunity:

The Residential Business Unit based in Brisbane are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Professional to join our established and successful Sales Office located on site at our Brookhaven Development.

Brookhaven is located in Bahrs Scrub comprising in excess of 1900 land lots.  Your role will be to support the sales team to sell through all available land releases.  Brookhaven is a well established community with a number of land lots to bring to the market over the coming years.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will receive on-the-job training and support to achieve the required certifications and develop the knowledge required to become an effective Project Sales Manager.

As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include:

  • Foster relationships with new and existing customers
  • Perform and conduct appropriate project presentations as required if the Project Sales Manager is with other clients
  • Supporting both FPA Hong Kong & 3rd party channels in customer relationship management
  • Identify and cultivate alternate sales opportunities
  • Entry into CRM and qualifying of all leads, updating notes throughout process
  • Undertake market research and monitor monthly competitor analysis

As the ideal applicant, you will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drive and energy to help customers on their buying journey
  • The ability to work on a range of shifts, including Saturday and Sunday
  • Eligible to pass Queensland Real Estate Licensing requirements; Real Estate Certificates desirable but not essential
  • Relevant tertiary education within Real Estate / Property Development highly regarded but not essential
  • Previous sales experience will be considered advantageous
