We are currently seeking a New Car Sales Executive to join our growing team at Reynella Mazda. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Vehicle Sales process and for creating an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Initiating and maintaining strong and valuable relationships with customers
- Determining customer requirements and advising on suitable vehicle models
- Showing vehicles and arranging test drives with customers
- Taking sale orders and preparing the contract of sale and any other relevant paperwork
- Preparing the vehicle for delivery, including booking fitment of aftermarket products and accessories
- Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge
- Maintaining a high level of customer service so that Volkswagen Customer Service Index Benchmarks are met and surpassed at all times.
